This property sits alone on a hillside near a small village in the scenic north of Tuscany known as the Garfagnana.

The villa has simply amazing views across the wooded hills around it, sat around the swimming pool you will not want to be anywhere else. On the first floor you will find the four double bedrooms, two of which are en-suite, plus a family bathroom, a balcony from one bedroom provides views across the local village and hills. Downstairs there are terracotta floors, with a kitchen diner and a living room as well as access to the outside covered terrace eating area. This villa is located around one hour from the beautiful city of Lucca and a bit further away you find Pisa with its airport and Florence.

This competition is being run by the people behind two recent successful competitions which gave away villas in Italy, so it has an excellent chance of success. Additionally, some of the ticket proceeds will be donated to two childrens charities including the The Children’s Society.
