This property is found in a historic town built on rocks overlooking a sandy Calabrian beach.
The house has two bedrooms, the main one having an en-suite shower room and access to a balcony with views over the town and the sea. Above that, the second bedroom is located on a mezzanine level. On the ground floor is the main living area which is a single large open plan space with adjoining shower room. The house is located a short walk from the fabulous sandy beach and crystal clear waters in Pizzo Calabro which is on the toe of Italy with views across to the Stromboli volcano.
The competition is being run under UK law with a question to be answered before buying a ticket, the organisers ran a recent successful competition which gave away a house in Tuscany. Additionally, some of the proceeds will be donated to two charities; The Children’s Society and a local charity BRACCIO DI FERRO.

Competition Outcome

The tickets sold out months in advance of the close of the competition! The winner was drawn on the 26th May and was a lady called Nancy, however, she has declined the prize and a new draw took place 2nd June. The new winner was Marilyn.
