This property is a large semi-detached corner villa located in the south of Tenerife around one mile from the beaches.

A large L-shaped living dining area and a modern kitchen are found on the ground floor with access to the outside space, a lower ground floor then provides a bedroom, study and space space for storage/play room. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, two with en-suites and balconies. Outside there is a lovely decking area with jacuzzi built-in as well as outdoor dining and sitting areas. The villa is near the town of Adeje in the southwest of the island within easy reach of many beautiful sandy beaches.

The competition is being run under UK law and a question will need to be answered correctly before entering. If insufficient tickets are sold to give away the property then 70% of proceed will be given as a cash alternative prize to the winning ticket holder.
