This stunning barn eight miles from Kilkenny is actually a modern building rather than a conversion.

The property was built by the current owners only ten years ago using local stone in a position giving far reaching views over the local countryside. The building has four bedrooms and has beams and stonework exposed giving a double height to much of the downstairs areas. It has clearly been fitted out to a luxurious standard and the furnishings are included in the competition too. Outside, the barn is fed with water from a 400 foot well and you might find deer wandering through the garden from the adjacent forest.

This competition is being hosted on the Raffall platform which holds all ticket proceeds until the prize is handed over, or otherwise pays out 75% in cash to the selected winner if insufficient tickets are sold. Additionally, 5% of the competition proceeds are being donated to CCLG - a children's cancer charity.
