The Competition
Ticket Cost: £5Target Ticket Sales: 80,000
This 19th century rustic stone cottage has been lovingly restored by the current owners over the last couple of years.
Located on a peninsula in a rural location the cottage is still only 15 minutes from Snowdoan National Park and the town of Portmeirion. Inside, this tiny house is rustic and cosy with exposed beams and a modern kitchen, while upstairs there is room for just two small bedrooms and a bathroom.
The competition is being run in support of The Children's Society charity and will require you to answer a trivia question in compliance with gambling competition laws.
UPDATE 13th August: ticket sales have reached the minimum target and therefore the house is guaranteed to be won by the lucky winning ticket!
Competition Outcome
Winning Prize: PropertyTickets Sold: >80,000
The competition closed slightly early as they were having issues with their payment processing. However, they had already sold the minimum number of tickets and so the house was given away in a draw on the 30th September. The winner was a woman called Janet who is now the owner of this fabulous Welsh cottage.
