This house is located 6km from the city centre which is just 15 minutes on public transport.

The house is a three bedroom end of terrace which is newly constructed by Ballymore builders. It is fitted out to a high modern standard.

The competition is run under Irish law so there is no need to answer any kind of skilled competition questions or puzzles. It is being run by the local Gaelic football club and aims to raise money for the local development of a park. Note that if you win you will have to pay the conveyance and registration costs yourself, despite them aiming to raise a million Euros more then the value of the property! This is very similar to another competition in Ireland which has successfully sold all its ticket.
