This property is on a new housing development and will be completed in May around when the competition closes.

The house will have four bedrooms on the first floor including an en-suite to the master bedroom. The ground floor will have a large open plan L-shaped kitchen diner with patio doors opening onto the garden. There is also good sized separate living room, utility and cloakroom as well. Lahinch is a small town on the west coast of Ireland and the house is within easy reach of the town and its sandy beach, the area is great for windsurfing, golf and rugged coastal walks.

The competition is being run by an Irish football team (Clare GAA) and this format of competition is usually highly successful in giving away the property, proceeds from the ticket sales go towards funding the sports teams within the club. Entrants should be aware that the winner of the house will need to pay for the legal fees and taxes themselves, these are not funded by the prize!
