This newly built house is on a new estate to the south west of Dublin in the Citywest area is only 17 minutes away by car.
Internally the house is airtigiht due to the Insulated Concrete Framework construction method leading to far better heat and energy efficiency and meeting theNearly Zero Energy Building (nZEB) standards. Downstairs there is a full lenght kitchen diner with a separate living room on the other side of the entrance hall. Upstairs there are four moderate sized bedrooms with a bathroom and ensuite to the master bedroom. The location is well placed for the city as well as local shops and schools as well as the motorway and airport.
The competition is being run by an Irish football club in the same format as multiple other Irish house competitions, this is a highly successful approach which nearly always results in the house being given to a lucky competition winner. Note that the winner is liable for taxes and legal fees in order to take possession of the property. There are also other prizes available to runners up including a car and a holiday.
