This one bedroom apartment is being created in the Copperworks building near Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.
The apartment is still under construction but the renderings show a spacious layout with an open plan kitchen and living area on the second floor of the historic building. There are two windows overlooking a quiet cul-de-sac street and enough space to create both dining and lounging spaces to take advantage of them. The bedroom is spacious also with room for a desk or chairs as well as a double bed and the bathroom is fitted out to a high specification.
The competition is being run by an experienced team who have run several previous house competitions and currently also have a superb London flat available to win (until end June). The ticket proceeds willbe supporting two charities; Housing for Women and Centre Point.
