This self-built log house is located in the countryside near High River to the south of Calgary in grounds of over three acres.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with over 2,200 sq ft of space and mountain views. It has a modern kitchen and fittings but with a cosy log cabin interior styling making it feel homely.
The competition winner is selected based on their 400 word answer to questions about why they want the house and what they would do with it. Entries need to be emailed in and will be independently judged.
