Shrubbery Farm is in a semi-rural location near a village south of Shrewsbury and near to the Welsh border.
The house is over a hundreds years old but has been extended and modernised relatively recently, is has three bedrooms in the main house as well as a characterful farmhouse style kitchen plus three reception rooms. Additionally there is a self-contained annex with another bedroom or office/games rooms. The property has a moderate sized garden and a large drive area to the front, it backs onto the grounds of an ancient church.
The competition requires answering a question which is standard practise to offically differentiate from a lottery under UK law. The terms and conditions include payment of stamp duty and legal fees and make a point of being fair to entrants by giving away 90% of proceeds if the minimum number of ticket sales is not reached.
