This property is an old stone farmhouse with large gardens and a range of outbuildings.

The spacious main farmhouse has two/three bedrooms upstairs, including a huge master bedroom that could be partitioned, there are exposed stone walls and beams giving it some real character. The kitchen diner has a stone floor and fully equipped kitchen while a separate large living room has a large stone fireplace, a utility room and downstairs toilet are also found on the ground floor. The farmhouse has a large enclosed garden with an above-ground swimming pool and a range of extra buildings including a barn with mezzanine, an open-sided barn and three old stables.

This competition is being hosted on the Raffall platform which holds all ticket proceeds until the prize is handed over, or otherwise pays out 75% in cash to the selected winner if insufficient tickets are sold. The current owners are planning to use the proceeds of this competition to setup a French Gites site for disabled children.
