The apartment is located on Mexico's Pacific coast directly west of Mexico City, it is a port city and beach resort with coral reefs and diving sites to enjoy.

This competition is being hosted on the Raffall platform which holds all ticket proceeds until the prize is handed over, or otherwise pays out 75% in cash to the selected winner if insufficient tickets are sold. Additionally, five percent of ticket sales will go to the charity Cancer Fund For Children.
